Heating with our own wood chips – the farmhouse and the apartments, as well as all hot water, are heated with wood chips produced from our own woodlands.

We use electricity from our own power station! The farm as well as the Alm use electricity from our own water turbines. Our water comes from our own plentiful spring on the mountain.

In addition we treat the water according to the “Grander” method. Many guests comment on the positive effects.
